Bill quickly and expertly corrected an issue with the bathroom sink drain after we had installed a new vanity top. He reconfigured the drain pipe to relocate the vent and accomodate the new p-trap alignment to conform to the new sink's dimensions. Throughout the process, Bill explained everything he was doing.. He was personable, efficient and had the job done in a short period of time. Cost of the job was within $20 of what I had expected. I would recommend Parker Services to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC help.

Short version. I had a gas leak in my basement. Fire department called xcel. Xcel came out and locked my meter and wrote up specific instructions for my repair. To which we had gotten some estimates to fix and was in shock of the price. At the time Bill arrived i was at work and my wife let him in. Bill looked at the situation and the write up from xcel and realized xcel was wrong. By code these things are not required. Bill could have just quoted us the cost to fix it like others did, but he didnt. Instead he called xcel directly to overturn what was instructed. That didnt work so he called the citys building inspector explained the situation and got approval from the city to overturn xcell written instructions. They pulled the required permits. Bill made the necessary repairs and testing. Got the city building inspector to come out and test his work. He made the called to get xcel out to unlock the meterand turn on service. Even after Bill went on to his next job he followed up to make sure xcel did respond and turn gas back on. He really took ownership of our problem and handled everything. So thankful for his efforts and the very large cost savings from what other companies quoted to do the none required work. Bill said just seemed like ethical thing to do. Thanks Bill!

I started using Parker Home Services when we moved four years ago and had a Master Plumber come to assess our situation. We used them again recently for a backed up septic system.
Bill was out to fix an outdoor faucet that had broken and was spewing water everywhere. He made the fix and also added an enhancement so my outdoor water faucet wouldn't ever freeze up. This service is outstanding AND quick. I thought it might take a couple of days to get done, but Bill had it finished in about an hour.

A faulty house pressure regulator was replaced two months ago when it started to make a low frequency vibration as demand for water was initiated. The noise was intermittent so I asked Parker Heating to do a check. When Bill arrived I explained the condition, however the noise failed to repeat, Bill stated that a similar condition had occurred to a different customer and that the manufacturer recommended that pressure adjustment should correct it. Bill did that and said if the problem returned I should call them and he would replace the unit. Thank You Bill for your experience and direct response.

We had a good experience with everyone at Parker Home Services. They were able to come out on the same day we had our tub break on us. Ben wasn't able to fix the issue the same day as our tub faucet is old and the parts are not sold at hardware stores. He did however, cap the lines so we could turn the water on for the rest of the house. He returned a second time to fix the issue. Even though the job took more time than expected he kept his word and kept the pricing discussed prior to him starting the job.

Current house water pressure at 130 psi, too high unsafe level bad for home install new pressure reducing valve and set to 65 psi also replace expansion tank on water heater, also replace safety relief valve on water heater all is working perfectly at this time two-year warranty
Jackhammer floor in basement and add 8 inch floor drain to accommodate all pipes leading into floor drain ,previous drain was a 2 inch pipe stubbed up in the concrete without proper drain Assembly glued on ,too small to handle the amount of items draining into it also reroute and secure all pipes to new floor drain
