Nom S.
The new system is wonderful and I would not hesitate to call on them again for work, I recommend them 100%. I dont have a good 'before' photo of the removed rats-nest looking setup but this 'after' photo is aesthetically and efficiently a much better unit hands-down.

When we decided to replace our old furnace with new high efficiency unit we immediately went back to them. Wolfgang and Walter did excellent work with an area that was less than ideal for removal and installation. Would highly recommend Parker Heating and Air over their competitors!

Walter and Jeff were absolutely amazing. They needed parts and had to come back out and were once again kind, genuine, and a pleasure to have around fixing my broken water heater. I because of those two I will 100% keep coming to this company for my household needs. Thank you all for your help.

Kyle was professional, prompt and remarkably knowledgeable about the problem and how to avoid future problems. He completed the job, cleaned up, and everything is now in good shape. I have had Parker Heating and Air provide services at two houses in Parker and they have always been highly reliable. I do recommend them.

I have and will continue to recommend Parker Heating & Air for any mechanical issues you may have. I have not had the opportunity to evaluate the plumbing and electric side of their business but if those teams are even half as good as the mechanical side then they have my recommendation as well.

Walter and Brandon were awesome today and quickly helped us finally resolve our long time tub and shower issues. Yay! I can take a bath again lol. Prices are reasonable and these guys were here til almost 6pm. Brandon even went back to the shop to pickup a part in order to leave with the job done! Thanks guys!

Travis had warned us that a major repair would be coming soon for our downstairs unit and he helped us put it off for as long as we could & then managed a major install under our home. It was a lot of work. He made sure we were ready for it and handled it so professionally. Great device & we recommend them all the time!

Warning Signs Your Home's Air Quality Needs Attention

Poor indoor air quality doesn’t always announce itself right away, but your home and your body often give clues. Here are some signs it might be time to take a closer look at what you’re breathing.

  • Frequent dust buildup on surfaces
  • Musty or stale odors indoors
  • Increased allergy symptoms at home
  • Visible mold or mildew spots
  • Dry skin, throat, or sinuses
  • Excess humidity or condensation on windows
  • Family members waking up congested

Our Indoor Air Quality Products and Services

Every home has different air quality needs depending on layout, humidity levels, and how tightly it’s sealed. We start by evaluating your home’s airflow and current system setup before recommending solutions that actually address the root cause. From there, our Trane-certified technicians install and service equipment designed to work alongside your existing heating and cooling system.

Our lineup includes whole-home air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and advanced filtration systems that target dust, allergens, and airborne particles. We also offer ventilation solutions for homes that feel stuffy or trap odors due to limited air exchange. Each system is selected to match your home’s square footage and your household’s specific concerns, whether that’s allergies, pet dander, or Colorado’s notoriously dry air.

Health and Home Risks Linked to Poor Air Quality

Air quality issues rarely stay confined to comfort alone. Parker’s elevation and semi-arid climate mean many homes deal with low humidity for much of the year, which can dry out sinuses, irritate skin, and make colds and allergies linger longer than they should. On the flip side, trapped moisture from cooking, showers, or poor ventilation can lead to mold growth that affects both your health and your home’s structure.

Over time, unaddressed air quality problems can also strain your HVAC system. Dust and airborne debris build up in ductwork and on components, forcing your system to work harder and reducing its lifespan. What starts as a minor comfort issue can turn into a bigger repair bill down the road if it’s left unchecked.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my home has poor indoor air quality?
Common signs include excessive dust, musty odors, worsening allergies, and humidity issues such as condensation or dry air. If something feels off, a technician can test your air and pinpoint the cause.
Yes. Whole-home systems filter air throughout your entire house rather than just one room, which means more consistent results for allergies, dust, and odors.
Absolutely. Parker’s dry climate and elevation can lead to low indoor humidity for much of the year, which is why many homeowners pair air quality solutions with a humidifier for better comfort.
In most cases, yes. Our technicians evaluate your existing system and recommend equipment designed to integrate smoothly without needing a full replacement.
Most systems benefit from annual maintenance to keep filters clean and components running efficiently. Our maintenance plans make it easy to stay on schedule.
