What Your Neighbors Are Saying About Us

Nom S.
The new system is wonderful and I would not hesitate to call on them again for work, I recommend them 100%. I dont have a good 'before' photo of the removed rats-nest looking setup but this 'after' photo is aesthetically and efficiently a much better unit hands-down.

When we decided to replace our old furnace with new high efficiency unit we immediately went back to them. Wolfgang and Walter did excellent work with an area that was less than ideal for removal and installation. Would highly recommend Parker Heating and Air over their competitors!

Walter and Jeff were absolutely amazing. They needed parts and had to come back out and were once again kind, genuine, and a pleasure to have around fixing my broken water heater. I because of those two I will 100% keep coming to this company for my household needs. Thank you all for your help.

I have and will continue to recommend Parker Heating & Air for any mechanical issues you may have. I have not had the opportunity to evaluate the plumbing and electric side of their business but if those teams are even half as good as the mechanical side then they have my recommendation as well.

Walter and Brandon were awesome today and quickly helped us finally resolve our long time tub and shower issues. Yay! I can take a bath again lol. Prices are reasonable and these guys were here til almost 6pm. Brandon even went back to the shop to pickup a part in order to leave with the job done! Thanks guys!

Travis had warned us that a major repair would be coming soon for our downstairs unit and he helped us put it off for as long as we could & then managed a major install under our home. It was a lot of work. He made sure we were ready for it and handled it so professionally. Great device & we recommend them all the time!

Your home’s plumbing works quietly behind the scenes until something goes wrong. A professional plumbing inspection helps you stay ahead of leaks, corrosion, and worn-out fixtures before they turn into bigger headaches. At Parker Heating & AC Repair, we take a close look at every part of your system so you can feel confident in what’s running behind your walls and under your floors.

Parker’s fluctuating temperatures and dry climate can be tough on plumbing systems over time. Freeze-and-thaw cycles put stress on pipes, while hard water, common in the area, can lead to mineral buildup inside fixtures and water heaters. Routine inspections help catch these regional issues early, keeping your system running the way it should year-round.

Signs Your Plumbing System Needs an Inspection

Some plumbing problems announce themselves loudly, while others build up slowly in the background. Knowing what to watch for can help you decide when it’s time to call in a professional.

  • Slow or gurgling drains
  • Water stains on ceilings or walls
  • Unexplained increase in water bill
  • Low water pressure throughout the home
  • Musty smell in the basement or crawl space
  • Visible corrosion on pipes
  • The water heater is making odd noises

What Happens During a Plumbing Inspection

When our team arrives for your plumbing inspection, we begin with a thorough visual inspection of all accessible pipes, fixtures, and connections throughout the home. We check for leaks, corrosion, and any signs of wear that could lead to future problems. Our technicians also test the water pressure and closely inspect your water heater to confirm it’s operating safely and efficiently.

From there, we take a closer look at drains, shutoff valves, and any visible signs of past water damage. If you have sump pump or sewer line concerns, we can incorporate those into the inspection as well. Once we’re finished, we walk you through everything we found in plain language, with honest recommendations for anything that needs attention.

We believe in transparency from start to finish. You’ll never be pressured into unnecessary repairs, and we always explain the reasoning behind any recommendation we make.

Common Problems Our Inspections Catch

Plumbing issues often start small and stay hidden until they cause real damage. Our inspections are designed to catch these problems early, before they turn into emergencies.

Hidden leaks are among the most common findings, especially around aging pipe joints or under sinks. Left unchecked, even a small drip can lead to mold growth or structural damage over time. We also frequently discover mineral buildup inside water heaters and fixtures, a common issue given the hard water found throughout the Parker area.

Corroded pipes, worn-out shutoff valves, and improperly installed connections show up often as well, particularly in older homes. Catching these issues during an inspection means you can address them on your own schedule instead of dealing with a sudden failure.

Why Regular Plumbing Inspections Matter

Routine plumbing inspections give you a clear picture of your home’s system before small issues become expensive repairs. Catching a minor leak early can save you from having to replace drywall or flooring, or even from dealing with mold remediation down the road.

Regular inspections also help extend the life of your plumbing system as a whole. Fixtures and pipes that are properly maintained tend to perform better and last longer, which means fewer surprises and more predictable costs over time. For homeowners planning to sell in the future, a documented inspection history can also provide buyers with peace of mind.

Beyond the financial benefits, there’s real value in simply knowing your home is in good shape. A little peace of mind goes a long way, especially when it comes to something as essential as your plumbing.
